Drunken Lust Proudly presents new release from LPX.: Fashion; Not Fashion
Leighton P Xavier Proudly Presents...LPX is Kildare man Leigh O’Gorman (LPX for shortness). He specialises in brooding punk infused experimental electronica, as heard on three highly recommended releases, Seventeen, Experiments in Dub and HiFi and Easy Music for Difficult Ears.
Fashion; Not Fashion is LPX's first release with the net label Drunken Lust Records and will be surrounded by his first Irish shows in nearly a year.
As LPX releases he provides the (occasional) vocals, the programming, the production AND plays all the instruments. When performing live (and in studio) Leigh prefers to use Reason 3, Pro Tools along with piano's, guitars, percussion and anything else he can get his hands on.
In his spare time, he writes for the music orientated blog, Easy Music for Difficult Ears - easymusicfordifficultears.blogspot.com
LPX will be launching Fashion; Not Fashion at the Pavilion in Cork on Thursday Nov 27th and in the Boom Boom Room on Friday Nov 28th.

Hoovers & Sledgehammers have confirmed their ep for release and free download on the 7th August. They have decided
to call it "Visions from Eceloe Mountain" and the track listing is as follows:

5 - Virus with Footwear
They will be having a launch party in The Lower Deck, Portabello, and a free copy of the ep will be included with entry fee, which will be 10 Euro.
The ep will also be available for free download in MP3 format from this site from the 7th August.
